I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This apartment complex has a serious rat problem. The first time I seen it was at night when I coming to the bathroom I screamed my daughters names and she ran in my room I jumped on my bed and told her it was rat we tried to catch it but we couldn’t catch I look on the internet to find out how to catch it suggest it mouth balls we tried it to see if it work it didn’t so I called the office to see if they can do anything about they closed the hold that was behind our dryer where we thought they enter from months go pass one night I was coming home late from work and my 2 kids were sleep my oldest daughter and my son with down syndrome i notice a squeak nose and something ruining around in my business office it was the rat

Management is very rude and disrespectful and refuse to help complete work orders. The apartment is roach and rat infested. Electrical outlets are outdated and old (I will be suing if a fire breaks out in my apartment). The walls are dirty and full of holes that the rats made with their teeth and claws. I went to talk respectfully to the property manager and I was turned away and did not receive any help, I was rejected. I can not believe that they expect a human being to live in these circumstances. This is disgusting. I have a new baby and these people sit the office all day ignore phone calls and request but expect rent to be paid on time every month. Please do not rent here you will regret it. I went to the store to buy a part I needed. I specifically asked if I would receive a full refund in case I didn’t need it anymore. The young man confirmed that I would. I went back not even 24 hrs later, to get a refund. I came to find out that they do not refund shipping expenses. This other young man couldn’t even show me where it says, shipping is non refundable, in writing. So I had to take his word for it. He even saw in the system that my part has not shipped and yet I couldn’t receive a refund for shipping. I felt robbed for my $8 non refundable shipping fee.

Been Here For A Couple Years. They Redid The Floors, Bathrooms, Etc… The Master Bedroom Is Like For A Toddler Now It’s So Small That No One’s Using It. I Don’t Get The Point Of Paying For 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms If One Is So Small And Can’t Be Used. Maintenance Is Horribly Rude. Office Workers Are Disrespectful As Hell Too. They Put The Price Up Almost Every Damn Month. They Just Changed It About Last Month Or 2 Months Ago And Now Changing It Again. Asking For More Rent Money With No Improvements To The Inside Of The Apartment But Making Outside Look Better I Guess. Crime!!! There Are WAYYY More Cons. If I Could Give 0 Star I Would!!!

When I lived there I cleaned that building from wall to wall to get the pests under control. I also had to contact maintenance often due to broken fixtures and appliances. I ended of having to relocate and got someone to finish my lease for me. They maintained the same payment habits and cleaning habits that I started there, they moved out when the lease ended. I still ended up with a derogatory mark on my credit. I went there to ask them about it last year and they couldn't explain how I ended up with a balance, they simply blamed it on my replacement tenant.
