Dunson Grove Apartments

We are home! From the moment we stepped out of the car to tour, I knew I wanted to live here! When I heard the birds gently singing on a Saturday morning, I knew it was the closest I could get to country in an apartment! We are SO close to everything, but far enough away that highway road noise and traffic noise isn’t a regular issue. It’s so peaceful, the people are friendly and the place is modern, cozy, and clean! Michael….. he was amazing! So helpful and very very good at his job! He made us feel confident and comfortable with the entire application and move in process. We are happy to call Dunson Grove home!

This is a great place! Management and the team are wonderful, and the apartments are beautiful. I especially want to thank Michel Toney. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and goes above and beyond with his customer service. Michael explains everything clearly, makes the process easy, and genuinely cares about helping people. The management and team are great, and the apartments are beautiful, but Michael is what makes this place exceptional!

Where do I start ? My situation was a little complicated and despite not being helped by any other community I’ve applied to, Micheal went above and beyond to help me apply and get accepted into Dunson Grove. He took the time to listen to me and encouraged me to proceed with the application process. Above all, Michael was extremely professional, supportive and kind from the time I walked through the doors until I left. It truly warms my heart to be able to call Dunson Grove my home. Michael was great from the beginning to the end of the tour. He helped me better understand my needs and wants for my future home that even I didn't know. Ask for him whenever you stop by. You will not regret it!
