Dunn Real Estate and Management

We used Dunn Realty to find our home seven years ago, after first renting from him. Don worked hard for us and we have remained close with him over the years. He is so thoughtful, delivering wreaths every holiday season, and even sent me a birthday card this year! We love Don, and would recommend him to anyone in need!

We’ve rented from Don and his team for almost two years now. We’re a family with young children, a dog and a rabbit. In our case, Dunn Real Estate is managing this property for an owner who lives in Colorado Springs. We’ve had an amazing experience with Dunn RE. There have been some significant plumbing issues with this 1960s home and each and every time they are so quick to respond, hire some of the best professionals, and get things back in working order. Laurie and the crew at Dunn Real Estate are always on top of it and very helpful. I feel many real estate companies around Fort Collins tend to cloak everything they advertise or do in layers of garbage, but I never got this from Dunn Real Estate. They were always straight forward, organized, and downright easy to deal with. Even as a previous tenant with a gas billing issue from nearly a year ago, Laurie went out of her way to contact the company billing me and correct it when I had no success; even when she had little to no reason to do so. Overall my renting experience from Dunn Real Estate was great, I would go through them again as I felt valued and never did I question their operations, as I have many times with other Real Estate companies in the area.

Dunn manages a rental property of ours and they are well worth the minimal fee. They had no trouble finding a renter, and they thoroughly researched prospective tenants. We have an army veteran living there now who takes better care of the place than we did when we lived there! It is such a weight off of our shoulders to not have to worry about managing small items (collecting rent, minor repairs, cleaning between tenants, etc.). Dunn consistently sends our monthly report, and they are easy to get a hold of when there are questions or requests. They also offer to do routine safety and maintenance checks on the furnace, water heater, and AC, which are all things I would not have considered right away. I have rented from Dunn for the last year and two months and they have been great property managers. What prompted my review now was how impressed I am with their quick response to two recent maintenance issues. Don himself came over to check some specs so we can get a new dishwasher installed and I find him to be a caring person who looks out for his tentants. Office staff Christine and Laurie are equally pleasant to work with.
