ZERO STARS. I lived here 3 years. At first it was a decent place to live it was affordable and clean. About 2.5 years in we got bought by RPM and they are absolute SLUMLORDS. They don’t cut the grass. They charge you for amenities you don’t receive and they don’t fulfill maintenance requests but will mark them as done. They let anyone move in and there’s always shooting, fighting, DV and bad kids running around. My apartment got broken into and they didn’t do a damn thing about it and the cameras they have don’t even record. I don’t care how badly you need a place to stay, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The pictures look nothing like the property. They are renovating but they are still infested with roaches. I’m talking roaches everywhere in the bed in the fridge everywhere. I moved in about 4 months and there’s been issue after issue. They haven’t fixed the lease so I could sign the lease. They never fixed the flooring or the door. Then my pipe broke under my sink a month ago and no one has came to look at it and I’ve sent emails. Every time I go to the office it’s closed. Today January 16, the apartment was fine we woke up water was working and some how water comes bursting into our unit, no one has came to clean up the unit and multiple stuff has been ruined. I have a new born baby this is unacceptable

While visiting with my daughter looking for housing, we stumbled upon this beautiful place. The manager Ms. Tracy Johnson treated us with utmost respect. She was very informative and had a lot of knowledge about the property. She made us feel welcomed and answered all questions that we had. She made the place feel like somewhere I would love for my daughter to live. If you’re looking for somewhere to live try I suggest you try looking at Dunmore Apartments where they make you feel like you’re already at home. Hopefully this will be my daughter’s pick. Awesome service.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Management is just as much of a joke as maintenance and they don’t care about their tenants! Mold runs rampant through this complex and that’s the least of their problems. There’s a reason that the rent is so cheap. You have a better chance of thriving in a motel than this god-awful place.
