Dunlap & Magee Property Management

Stay far away from Dunlap in McGee management. All of their properties I have stayed in , Scottsdale as well in Tempe are worn down not taking care of plus their management and office is horrible. The turnover rate is atrocious. I have not had a maintenance man more than a month stay with this company I can say there was three to Four manager changes in under a year. For Lyndon lane they Do not take care of this property at all it is worn down ceilings /roofs broken doors, broken appliances windows, and every maintenance request is Ignored can never get anything done even if you pay your rent . Worst mistake ever renting from them Do not I repeat do not rent from Dunlap and McGee property management

There are about 25 units here and no onsite manager or security here at all! The apartment you see now has been infested with squatters and homeless people and all they say in response is "call the police!" Well they don't do anything, 1452 E Cinnabar Ave is the address. I want to add that we now have SQUATTERS living in Apt 208! These ppl are stealing my packages when delivered etc the original SEC 8 resident moved out and just let strangers take over the apartment using their SEC 8 voucher! HUGE VIOLATION

Communication is not their strength. Aspire preserve apartments has a lot of issues. This company took over management and didn’t do a bad job until I moved. Took over a month to get my deposit refunded. My rent was prorated my last month but they deducted that from my deposit refund. I’ve made several calls over several months and no reply. I would not recommend renting from the company.

I'm a veteran and have extensive experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor, I have worked for numerous property management companies. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Collins Court Apartments, managed by Dunlap & Magee, has been deeply disappointing. I initially considered Collins Court Apartments despite a fellow veteran’s negative experience, which involved significant issues with a troublesome neighbor. This neighbor caused enough disturbances to prompt 32 complaints and 22 police visits, 12 of which involved drawn weapons due to the noise. It was only when this tenant threatened the staff that action was finally taken. This troubling history led my fellow veteran to leave the property.
