Had the best experience. My dad really enjoyed living here. The maintenance was always quick to reply and Jessica in the office was always extremely responsive and got things taken care of quickly. You can tell she cares about the place. My dad felt safe during his walks around the community. We never had any issues and it was a lovely place for him to stay.
Quiet and convenient location, close to grocery stores and just minutes from major highways. Walking distance to a beautiful park and about 15 mins to the beach. Love the big oak trees and plenty of shade. Definitely an older complex, but taken care of, maintenance always responds very quickly to any concerns. The staff is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Appreciate the stricter rules, such as no pets, and quiet hour, as they help keep the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness of the property. Just a 30 day notice to move out, (many other places require 60), and management will work with you to help pay any early termination fees! Would live here again any day..
Horrible experience living in these apartments from 2022-2025. the maintenance people that they schedule around monthly are very invasive and have a key to your apartment if they knock twice to no answer…they will enter. I’m usually home alone as i’m a teenager living with my single mother who works hard for the home we stay in. i have very bad anxiety and not knowing when they’ll show up really racks my nerves knowing they can just enter my home and having the fear that it may not be them next time or the keys could be used maliciously. I voice to them I’m a minor and not comfortable having people in my home at the time but they push and say they must come in and won’t leave until let in. Besides my rant our A/C unit is held up on a wooden board and will drip fluid onto the ground and g
Lived here for 8 month but suddenly had to move out. Management takes crazy fees for it. $900 termination fee + they keep $300 security deposit. And if you won't give 30 day notice you have to pay monthly rent for next month witch is another $900. So to move out i had to pay $2100. But it’s ok, rules is rules. Where all that money goes? Into owner pocket. Everything is so old at this apartments, specialy bathrooms and kitchen. It's hard to keep anything in kitchen cabinets or drawers because they are very small. Every door and cabinets painted in ugly dark brown color, not sure why. Air conditioning "filter replace sticker" shows that the first filter was change in 1985...thats super old unit. Check out how many dust is there and imagine what's inside the ductwork and residents are bre
Loved it in the beginning but now think twice before moving here. The most recent office manager, Jessica, and Robert the maintenance manager, have let this complex decline badly over the last couple of years. Me and my daughter both lived here in different buildings. February 2019 my daughter was physically attacked and carjacked in front of my granddaughter and in December 2021 my apartment was burglarized while I was at work. The “security” cameras are grainy so all they could see was 2 people going through the complex checking car doors and going behind the buildings. They kicked my door in. I asked several times for better lighting to be placed throughout the complex because it’s not well lit at all and there’s absolutely no lighting behind the buildings. But Jessica and Robert (maint
