Dune Beachy

Amazing home right on the beach. Steps away from a beachfront bar/grill. The house has everything you could need; fully stocked kitchen and pantry filled with all kinds of useful cooking equipment and utensils, food storage containers for leftovers, and a great kitchen to cook for guests. The dual microwaves made cooking dinner for a kid quick and easy! The hot tub on the deck is a great spot to sit after coming in from the beach with an excellent view of the Gulf. On top of all the great things about the house, it is managed by a really top notch set of property managers that make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We stayed in Dune Sandy previously, stayed in Dune Beachy this year as Sandy was already booked, and can say that we had an amazing experience at both propertie

This was a great house for our extended family of 13 (including 7 children ages 4 to 13). We were impressed with all the things provided in the house -- everything we needed (like adequate seating at tables and comfortable couches) and some things we didn't realize we needed (like 2 washers and dryers, 2 dishwashers, and sunglasses! -- all of which were used!). The views and beaches were amazing, and we enjoyed being close to our favorite Bad Ass Coffee! Hosts were very responsive to our needs, and their communication was excellent!

The house is a great layout for large groups. The second floor is all open kitchen, dining, and living. The amount of seating in the space is so accommodating for eating and then the couch space is enormous and comfortable for everyone. New upgrades in AC and the refrigerator were nice. Of course, the location is fantastic with restaurants within walking distance which is nice when the traffic is heavy. The sleeping quarters are more than accommodating. The bunk room is great. We have stayed here 3 years in a row and hope to be back.

Beautiful beach house in a great location. Just steps to the water. Whale tail restaurant (and beach bar) about 200 yards down the sand. Had a few minor glitches which were quickly addressed by the GLAM Destin staff, who were extremely responsive and courteous. Wonderful family trip.

The host responded quickly to any questions and very good instructions were provided. The house was like new and very clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware. There was a beautiful private bath in 5 of the 6 bedrooms which were all like master suites. 2 nice washers and dryers. Private Beach access was very convenient and we appreciated the beach service and private beach sign that was provided. It was Close to shopping and restaurants as well. We felt very safe and comfortable and will definitely book there again if possible!
