I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office at Dundale Square. The staff Jennifer and Sean is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. From the very beginning of my leasing process, they made everything smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated and making sure I understood each step. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in keeping everything running well. I just moved here from Arizona to start a new life. Jeni was an absolute angel. She made the process so easy. She is so good at what she does and it is so obvious she cares about the community. It was the right move for me and I love my new place. I highly recommend it here!

We just moved into Dundle Square Apartments, and our experience so far has been amazing! Ms. Jenny, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. She really made everything go smoothly for us. The apartment itself looks newly renovated and was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, which made a great first impression. Also, a big thank you to the maintenance team—Mr. Sean and Mr. Steve—who’ve already helped us with a couple of minor issues right away. Their quick response and professionalism really stood out. Excited to be living here!

I would like to say a big thank you to Sean and Steve for working on my clogged shower. I couldn’t used my shower for 2 days. As soon as I spoke to them, they got to the job and unclogged the shower. I really appreciated what they did. Thanks so much and good job y’all.
