Duncan Park

I live at Duncan Park on the second floor, and unfortunately my experience has been very uncomfortable. The people living above me make excessive noise throughout the day and night—constant moving of furniture, loud banging on the floors, and screaming/talking at very high volumes. I have contacted the leasing office three separate times to report the issue, but nothing has been done to resolve it. It’s very disappointing to be paying such high rent and not feel comfortable or at peace in my own apartment.

First of all; Duncan Park is a nice looking complex close to about anything you might want. On the debit side; criminal or shady activity has been increasing here and nearby. I have family living here and recently there have been attempts to break into their apartment. There is a child living there who is under 2!! This is very concerning! The complex just gave them permission to change locks, but is this enough? With the money these companies make in rent, is there enough to increase security for the tenants?

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and Nathanael who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. Highly recommend it!

We’ve been living here for about a week now and absolutely love it.The application process was super easy and quick! All the amenities are amazing and make the place feel like home. The manager, Nathanael, is very friendly and helpful — he made the whole move-in process smooth and welcoming. So far, everything has been excellent, and I plan to provide another update after we’ve been here for a few months Highly recommend this community!

I recently toured this apartment complex and was seriously impressed. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The layout of the units is thoughtful and modern, and the amenities were in great shape, especially the fitness center and community spaces. What really stood out to me was the manager, Nathanael. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people who live there. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and positive. I'm still touring other apartments, but this place is at the top of my list. If the tour is any indication of what it’s like to live here, I’m confident it would be a great decision.
