I can’t say enough about Duncan Foster. Duncan represented us on the sale of my wife’s house. This was not a mansion, but based on the level of service that Duncan provided to us, you’d have thought it was. We were absent owners who live out of state so Duncan had to do more than the typical agent. From coordinating contractors, to doing some other hands on things that I don’t want to specify so I don’t set unfair expectations of him for future clients, I’ll simply say that he far exceeded our expectations! I will recommend him to anyone in the Jacksonville area who needs a realtor. You won’t find a better one!

Duncan did everything in his power, including making personal financial sacrifices, to get a deal done while honoring our wishes. He was always polite, positive, and easy to work with.
