Total fraud! Patrick Duffy's firm tried to use a forged listing agreement to collect a commission on a bogus buyer who was not actually in a position to buy the home. Patrick Duffy also tried to use the same forged listing agreement to block a new agent from listing the home in the MLS. Filing a case against Patrick Duffy and his firm with the Miami-Dade Economic Crimes Bureau. Avoid Patrick Duffy and his firm like the plague or you will be sorry.
