Don't even think of moving here. It is a nice apartment, but not a nice complex. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from all over. You will never have any peace or quiet. It's fine if you're a frat boy, and they live there too, or a yappy dog they live there too, or have kids that run up and down the hallways, but not if you like your home to be quiet. And the leasing agents could care less, they will tell you to call the police. That is their response to most complaints. You will smell your neighbors food, or smell food in the garage. Pot everywhere, but oh well. They say it's non smoking, but again, don't be fooled. You will smell your neighbor smoking cigarettes next to you, above you, wherever, smoking. Moved in here in Spring after getting burned out downtown. I have to say, I love it! The management are the BEST! So friendly and so easy to work with. My place is a 2 BR unit on the top corner facing Lafayette, and it is quiet as a mouse! I never hear my neighbors, so honestly cannot understand the negative reviews concerning noise. It's possible that those overlooking the pool area might hear some, but the pool closes at 10 pm for the comfort of those nearby. There is secure parking and an evening on-site security guard. My unit has a small balcony and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows which let it tremendous natural light and provide a wonderful breeze. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious, and I love the first bedroom (without windows) for sleeping in on a lazy weekend morning.

Very Comfortable, the patio door gets a bit cold in these Michigan winters. Not a fan of the heating vent location in the living room area,. But over all it's a nice quite Community. Lashonda does a great job keeping our building clean and tidy, Thank you DuCharme, I love calling you home

We went to look at an apartment there and not only did they keep us waiting outside until 15 min after appointment time but some random man in the lobby had to go let her know. Not a great first impression. It’s a lot cheaper than my current apartment and not nearly as nice but it had a pool so I wanted to go see it. We explained that my mom gets ss but it isn’t 3xs rent so she wanted to pay in cash up front because she has a lot of money in the bank and the lady was a snob about it. I said “how would everyone be able to make 3xs their rent?” It was a rhetorical question but she condescending said “oh they do. Plenty of people do. They live in this building. They’re doctors.” I had to hold back laughter. lol in my head I was like what an out of touch thing to say. also I think you know wha

The complex is nice but the units are overpriced and outdated. The appliances are old, fridge doesn’t make ice, dishwashers are not up to date and barely work. These have prices of the newer updated downtown apartments but do not have the same update or features. The windows are nice but you just look at a neighborhood so no views, and in the winter the DTE bill is like $300 cause there aren’t ventilated good. Look around before settling here or they should at least lower the price a 1 bed shouldn’t be more than $1500 unless you have the 2nd floor outside patio
