DSLD Homes - Atwater Villas

Extremely disappointed with DSLD Atwater Villas. This would have been our second DSLD purchase in 7 years as we had built one in Lafayette Moss Bluff Estates in 2017. They were “all in” pre construction after that it was downhill. Construction manager was on vacation when my slab and frame up began. We spoke at length due to the fact that we had visited the property and the framing was of poor quality. Construction manager agreed on the points of concern and agreed those portions of the framing would be redone. We requested photos of framework that needed to be redone but did not receive one photo. Approximately 6-8 weeks later we went into Atwater to view the pre completion and decided to “eat the $4,345.00” in upgrades due to the poor workmanship. Believe me it was worth loosing the mone
