D&S Management LLC

This is my honest review of D&S management and 100% what our experience was. We loved the rental itself but I would say the main reason not to rent from this company- no matter how nice the home may seem or the features it may have- is the management. Their office is in OKC and our duplex was in Chickasha, 40 minute commute away. When we would put in work orders, some were resolved immediately, but the vast majority were either completely ignored or we would have to call them. Our yard flooded BAD during storm season, so bad I would send videos to management of the water flooding our hallway. Unacknowledged. Next storm came- more flooding in our hallway, unacknowledged.
