I wrote the following to Dryden Realty: I just wanted to tell you that Dryden Realty has been such a great company to deal with! I was blown away that I received my security deposit so quickly!! I've never experienced that! I even went to Small Claims Court once to get my deposit back! I was so grateful that things that needed fixing or attention were taken care of in such a timely manner. Your communication is so awesome, too. I rented from Dryden Realty before in 2014-15 & also ended up having such a good experience. My brother was diagnosed with cancer & because he had lost his wife recently, I felt the need to go stay with him & help. Kayla was so empathetic & made it so easy to leave before my lease was up. This review is about 381 Dryden Harford Road. The landlord Debbie Footie dedicated money for two different types of cleaning even though I cleaned the apartment just like I received it. in NYS the landlords cannot deduct money from your deposit for normal wear and tear that includes cleaning. For anyone who will be renting this address I promise she will do this to you as well. She is horrible.

I currently rent from here and have been for about a year and a half now! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, when I wanted to move into a bigger place because my first lease was ending, Jennifer was right on it, showing me a few places that fit what I was looking for until I found the best place for me! The rent is also at a good price point for the area which is so important these days too. I would recommend renting here:)

I rented from Dryden Realty & Apartment Company for the entire near 7 years I lived in the Village of Dryden at 3 different properties. They were consistently great to work with throughout the entire process, from touring, to signing, to maintenance. Their staff were always friendly, flexible, and easy to work with, with the few maintenance issues addressed quickly. If you want a solid, trustworthy option for apartment rentals in Tompkins County they are a great agency to consider.

Kayla you are right, My original review was not fair. It is not your fault that the landlord that you work with would not help cover the cost of damages from her property to mine. It is unfortunate that you do business with landlords that do not handle situations properly. Knowing that you are doing business with people like that and continue to do business will like that..Your consumers should know. You mentioned that this was your livelihood, Well my livelihood got ruined, and no one seems to care. #do better
