Warning! Do not do business at this old house. They have past due mortgages (most in foreclosure) on homes they rent out to new comers, collect your rent and never pay the mortgage.

Terrible company. Makes promises they can’t keep even if done on paper. Michael does the bare minimum to pass inspection on houses that he sells as well. 6 months with a brand new roof already leaking from water build up. Floating floor coming up and disconnecting. Terrible measurements. Etc.

Driftwood title company in cocoa village I suggest not to use them Michael very unpleasant , very unprofessional I had a judgement against me which i was told Amanda emailed me, called me to try to let me know which I never received an email or phone call and nothing in the mail and the judgment was a lean on my home you think that would be a very important message to give to you're client they did not inform me at all and neither one was at the closing .Nadja was at the closing and she told me she forgot to tell me and apologized very sweet lady but very important information to forget . Never use them again .
