Drift at Town Center East Apartments

I have lived at Drift going on three years. I have never felt more respected, appreciated and taken care of by a staff than the Drift staff. The office team is exceptional and the maintenance staff is talented and prompt. They honestly feel like family at this point. The management makes sure the property is beautifully manicured and that the amenities are kept in pristine condition for everyone who lives here to enjoy, as well as doing the difficult job of holding people accountable when they disrespect the property and facilities. The apartment itself has stylish modern fixtures and is filled with natural light. Every time we have company they are amazed at how beautiful the apartment is. I just moved into Drift at Town Center East and my experience has been exceptional from day one. From the moment you walk into the office, the entire staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The community is very clean, quiet, and extremely well maintained. My apartment was move-in ready with no issues at all, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. You can tell the staff truly takes pride in the property and the resident experience. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-kept, peaceful place to call home.

I moved into Drift a little over 3 years ago and have loved every minute of it. The front office staff are so nice and really make you feel like family. The location is so convenient as well. Very close to my work, the town center is a short drive away and UNF is a great place for my running! Although I will be moving out once my lease expires due to a home purchase, I would have definitely renewed my lease and stayed as long as I could have!

My family really enjoys staying at Drift as it is a beautiful community with the friendliest staff. Whenever we have a concern, it is addressed immediately. I want to specifically give a shoutout to Justin who is in charge of all the maintenance in the community. He is consistently friendly, professional and quick to respond to any concerns. He greets my family every time he sees us and takes the time to get to know people who live in the community. His leadership and welcoming nature clearly influence the rest of the staff and create a positive environment for all the residents! Lovely place to live.

The Drift Apartments are of excellent quality. The management team and the maintenance team are both professional, friendly, detail oriented, and the opposite of checked out. Picking up dog poop, excessive noise, no smoking, and proper parking etiquette are all enforced well. The maintenance supervisor Justin is a kind person individually and everyone on the maintenance team is excellent. Maintenance requests are almost always dealt with promptly within 1-2 days and done properly. On top of that the grounds are landscaped frequently, power washed, and cleaned regularly. This is an excellent apartment and very competently managed. It's clean, well maintained, and well managed. I have no regrets living here for the past few years.
