Drew conducted surveillance with a drone of private property without my consent or knowledge. A stand-alone shot of my property including my backyard, my pool and my back patio is in a couple of his real estate videos. I requested he remove drone footage of my backyard and pool from his real estate commercial and he refused. The photos do not show any other areas of the street. It’s my personal home and it shows areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Relevant Florida statute: A person, a state agency, or a political subdivision as defined in s. 11.45 may not use a drone equipped with an imaging device to record an image of privately owned real property or of the owner, tenant, occupant, invitee, or licensee of such property with the intent to conduct surveillance on the
