Drees Homes Office and Design Center

We are a month into the process since we selected our home site and home putting down a deposit. Ben and Ashley have been outstanding. The fit and trim of the model home is exceptional, as was the home currently under construction on lot #11. Communications with Ben have been weekly, and the Docusign process has been easy.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process while building our new house with Drees Homes! I was a first time home builder, but my wife had built several other homes with other builders and we both are very pleased with the house and the entire staff we worked with during the process. The Drees Staff were all very professional, friendly, and proved to be trustworthy! They kept their word and did everything they could to meet our needs. We would gladly use Drees to build another house if the opportunity comes up! Thank you very much Drees for making our dream home come true!

Everything went well with the new home builder. Very happy and would highly recommend. Our superintendent Marc was very responsive and handled everything professionally and in a timely manner.

Very disappointed with Drees. We bought and built a 500k home with Drees. One year ago I gave them a 5 star review here in spite of a few construction issues that took lots of emails and calls to address, even before they built the home, and lots of persistence to change after it was built. I felt it was better to keep things positive at the time, So my review then was gracious and positive, thinking that may help later, but obviously not. Now after one year of living in our home we are finding among other, electrical issues such as breakers tripping because Drees and their electrical contractor T&M Electric overloaded a few important breakers. In my opinion cutting corners to save money because half of our main electric panel is empty, meaning lots of room for a couple of extra breakers t

My wife and I just completed the Design Center phase of our new home to be built in Trailmark St. Augustine. We had 2 3-hour virtual meetings with Mallory and could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and patience. Her guidance and helpful suggestions ensured we made sound design decisions.
