After looking at approx. 15+ builders we finally found THE BUILDER. When every other builder told us "no" to our requests , Drees told us, "YES!" They have been so flexible with moving walls and truly customizing our dream home. We had an exceptional experience thus far. Missy is amazing and works magic! Ron is the best builder in DFW! I cannot recommend them enough!
After 16 months the house still wasn't complete... we closed with a 40+item punch list outstanding. We had to close to keep our interest rate. Had to beg to get the items addressed deapite not moving in for a month and giving them key box access to finish. Gave up on many of the items. It's a job to keep up with getting Drees to address issues under warranty.
