Terrible company, never sign a Drees contract. They build “quality” houses that in two years end up being severely moldy and uninhabitable.
I help build homes for them and find them to be one of the Premier home builders in Texas. Mark @ Hill Country Repair & Restoration.
Homes are great , prices are still too high for the interest rate environment and traffic inAustin is getting bad
