Drees Custom Homes at Chelsea Commons

We were very disappointed with the sales experience. The salesperson was rude and unprofessional, repeatedly telling us not to touch anything—especially directing this toward our children. We have toured over 100 model homes and have never encountered behavior like this. Additionally, for anyone considering purchasing this home as a rental, I recommend checking Zillow. There are already many competing rental properties in the area. Personally, I would not want to live in a neighborhood with such a high concentration of rentals.

This past weekend, I visited the Drees model at Chelsea Commons, and I don’t usually leave reviews—but the experience was so positive, I had to share. The salesperson, Mark, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel genuinely excited about what Drees has to offer. The model home and the community are absolutely stunning. Even though Mark was busy assisting several visitors, he still made me feel like I was the only person there. His professionalism and warmth were truly impressive.
