Once in the home, Carol Boswell will ignore your calls, work orders and any other concerns. She will threaten you, yell at you and hang up in your face if you call with any tenant issues. 0 stars if I could. I’d strongly advise against renting through this company especially if you’re military personnel because Carol will take advantage of you.

Bad experience with them. Having really short notice to vacate my home during the holidays, dream makers accepted my application for a property that was advertised as "ready to move in". When checking on the application status, I visited the address listed as "office" and it was not an office but a residence with no one to attend the door. After contacting someone via FB, I was informed that the property for which I submitted my application, was having repairs and was out of the market. Two weeks after, I received a text saying the property was back on the market, and within a minute another text stated that it was rented. Bad experience, I won't recommend it for affordable rentals.
