Living here has been a really positive experience for me and my family. One thing I truly appreciate as a resident is the maintenance team. They consistently go above and beyond whenever something needs attention. It makes a huge difference knowing that issues are handled quickly and with care. Their dedication and willingness to help don’t go unnoticed, and it’s something I’m genuinely grateful for as someone who lives here. I recently had the pleasure of speaking at Dream Kissimmee, where I delivered a Mental Wealth talk to their residents. I must say, it was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the moment I arrived, the organizers were welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in the well-being of their community. The residents were engaged, thoughtful, and open, creating a warm and receptive atmosphere that made sharing insights and tools for mental health both meaningful and impactful. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their ongoing efforts and look forward to the possibility of returning in the future. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

When I first moved in, everything was great. The management team was absolutely amazing. After management has change MANY times it quickly went down hill. The hottest time during summer, our ac system broke. Maintenance “fixed” it and it worked for about a week then broke again. They had to bring in a vendor to fix it, which I am thankful for, and gave us one small ac unit for our three bedroom apartment. When I requested an additional ac unit until ours was fixed, I was given a response that lack compassion or concern for our situation. There was plenty of dog pee and poop in the hallways. My roommates and I expressed this concern MULTIPLE times. In the two years I lived here that problem never had a solution. The dumpsters and furniture garbage up by the front gate always reeked. I recently took a tour of these beautiful apartments, Joel was the one giving my mother and myself the tour. I thank you Joel for being so informative and also for having such a great personality. I appreciate all the information you gave us and your patience with me asking so many questions!!!

After our wonderful painting night event, as I was wrapping up and taking things to my car, I noticed something that truly stood out. Luis, no longer was in his uniform, he was fixing the gate of our community. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for us residents did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate his hard work and commitment to making our community better. Being part of this community and having the opportunity to plan and host events has been such a joy. It’s even more rewarding to work hand in hand with Andrew, Denise, and Dan, who bring so much passion and teamwork to everything we do. Grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people!
