Update 1 year later: I’m very disappointed in this builders post sale business practices. I originally gave this builder a good review and now I regret that. The warranty process is hideous! Once they get your money it appears that they don’t care. We hired an inspector to do our one year inspection. Some problems were found and that’s normal. House has to settle things loosen up contractors are human I get it. Problem is, the lack of communication after the warranty list was turned in. I received one email that confirmed that the list was received. Then another email asking me to highlight what on the list did I want fixed. Well, it would’ve been easy to say everything but I’m realistic and fair. So I highlighted issues that need immediate attention. Like my yard not being graded correct

When my son told me that he just purchased a spec house in Fleming Island, FL, I was so thrilled for him! It is his first home purchase and it is such a big deal! Being a mom, I started checking out the builder and their reviews. I was so upset to see how many terrible reviews they had! Their name should be nightmare finders. Because this is all the house gave me, nightmares. I wouldn't recommend this builder not even to my worse enemy. The only reason why they got one star was because it wouldn't let me give them nothing. The process of sales and picking out your upgrades were great. Now, once the house starts to build until the time of closing is not the same. They want to meet their quota for closing on a house per month, so in turn they will rush so much and still not deliver the house on time. Which means the quality of work is below subpar. And the quality of bad work continues on their promise letter. They'll give you a "promise" letter that doesn't mean anything once you close. They'll put you behind the back burner.
