Dream Finders Homes - Capitol

Great company, great people. Dream Finders Homes is only been in the Capital region for 8 years, but the positive impact has exceeded expectations. In my opinion, you would not regret becoming a member of the Dream Finders Homes family.

We were interested in seeing the new home development in Fairfax landing. My wife and I always drive by and see the “open house” large red sign sitting out on the curb. It’s very visible from the roadway. Finally today we both got home and made the time to walk down to check it out, only for it to be locked with a small sign on the window saying they were away showing homes. I don’t think this company knows what “open house” means, it’s not an open house if it’s locked and you can’t go in! Put the sign inside when you’re away so people don’t waste their time stopping. If this is the kind of attention to detail they put into their home building, we’d stay away.
