The quality of the house is very good. Paint could have been better quality, but this review isn’t about the quality of the home. It’s about the shadiness of the business. After being lied to twice about surrounding area things, they had the audacity to tell us they didn’t. Even after illegally selling us a plot of land they could not, they basically handcuffed us into a situation we needed to accept or ruin our likelihood of having a home. There’s a whole new section being built now, I highly recommend not buying any in that area. The reason being your friendly neighborhood nightclub will keep you up all hours. Drunk patrons screaming, parking in front of your homes, speeding. They won’t tell you this, but if you’re going to be our neighbor, we want you to know.
