DRB Homes The Preserve

Dear god do not buy a DRB home. I wish I could rate 0 stars. The only person that is any good is the agent Michy Aja. The rest of their employees are useless. The “managers” can’t manage to call people, make appointments on time, or fix any of the numerous issues the first, or second, or even the third time out. Absolute nightmare. 0 craftsmanship, 0 accountability, and the customer service is nonexistent. You could not give me a DRB home after this experience. Never again, and anyone that asks I will tell them run as far as you can from this builder. And if they “give you their word” that’s about as good as the homes they build. Please spend your money somewhere else.

One star is much too high a rating but I can't post unless I rate. DRB is the worst developer/HOA that I have ever dealt with. Their property management company, Sentry, does nothing for the residents. There is no communication from Sentry or DRB. My suggestion would be don't buy a DRB home. They are cheaply built and your experience with the HOA will be a nightmare.

If you want continually higher fees for fewer and fewer services 100% would recommend. Otherwise, buy in a neighborhood that is not managed by a builder controlled HOA. This company’s sole purpose is to export money from neighborhoods like this one, and into their own pockets. The only chance you have to get out is to never buy in. Check with residents before buying.

Great neighbors and promising community that is currently being ruined by an absolutely awful Builder/HOA that has zero accountability or representation from members of the community. And DRB, before you respond by saying that we need to contact you directly with our feedback; we have done that repeatedly and our concerns continue to be ignored.

Terrible, no accountability or communication managing our HOA and just raised fees by 33% without any explanation when the neighborhood has grown without any new amenities and the ones we have are not the same since they took over! *To they’re reply about reaching out is a joke, again they do not respond, if they do it’s the run around like their response below!*
