DRB Homes Katy Lakes

I recently toured the Brightland Homes model at Katy Lakes and had such a great experience. The model home was beautifully designed—bright, spacious, and full of thoughtful details. I especially loved the open layout, the large kitchen island, and all the natural light throughout the space. What really made the visit stand out was how helpful and kind Betty was. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The community itself is also a huge plus—great amenities, top-rated schools nearby, and an easy drive to 99 and I-10. If you’re house hunting in the Katy area, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Betty!

Hubby and I are considering a move so stopped in to look around. What a beautiful community! We loved the variety of floor plans available including some optional upgrades. This house is incredible! Sunterra will be the newest community that will feature Gehan homes. Get in early!

Stay far away, our family really wishes we would have chose another builder. Craftsmanship is very lazy, and warranty system might as well not exist. Plenty of good stories in our neighborhood of multiple builders choosing to help their homeowners whether something was in or “out” of what they cover or past the good through date. Gehan is useless in all aspects.
