THIS AREA IS BLOWING UP!! These homes are about to skyrocket in value with all the new development surrounding it and the World Cup coming to town next year driving growth! I’m currently working with them to buy multiple homes in this neighborhood for myself and family because of the opportunity!
The person working in the model home is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to be very helpful. Walked in earlier today and asked for information about home prices and incentives and was given a rude and condescending tone what makes you think I would even consider coming back? No wonder you’re sitting in so many homes in the community and can’t sell them the face of your community doesn’t care.
I brought a client here and they were super helpful.. will bring many of my clients here again!
