DRB Homes Green Meadows

They go through employees like butter, every week its a new contact whos going to finish our warranty work. The last warranty person came out in October 2023, still have not completed any of the work that was warrantied. Coming up on two years and we are about to replace our fence for a second time due to them not installing a retaining wall per city code, they also promised they were going to do this with the second phase of green meadows. Also do not think that because you have documented proof of promises made by their employees. that they will honor those promises, because "that employee no longer works here!" Update: Warranty got a hold of me and "robert" said the company won't care that we are nearly a year past the time our work was due to be done! They commented and I emailed

I don’t know how these guy selling the homes . Dave never picks up the call or he never respond to msg . Whenever we visit their office , there will be some old people never know more than what we already know from Internet and their standard answer is “talk to Dave “ . Pathetic people . Even though brightland has good design homes in this community , these guy not selling it . Learn from your neighbor Sheryl (castle rock) how to handle customers.

I did not buy a home here but I had a pleasant experience with sales person Teresa Dyson. She explained everything with patience and transparency.

Had a great buying experience with Teresa. Little hiccups here and there but closed on time. A little pushy when chosing the lenders. Hope the build quality is a little better.

Looks like this guy D..e forget salemanship and showing arrogance and attitude. Not sure if this company has proper HR monitoring employee behavior. They got used to sell homes like hotcakes and groceries and showing don't care... Market will teach... everyone
