Beautiful LUXURY homes with the option to add multi-generational suites. These homes have modern exteriors with a Florida vibe. One of the only luxury builders to have cement block on 1st and 2nd floor homes. Only a total 92 homes. Located less than 2 miles from Wesley Chapel.
Would give zero stars. Do not waste your money. Worst customer Service. Close out warranty items that are not complete. I can’t believe the way clients are treated at this price point. I have been dealing with mold from builder issues and they are slow to react
