DRB Homes Chapel Hill

We closed on our home back in September. The entire process from start to finish has been near seamless and the customer service was top notch the entire way. Explaining of everything, thorough follows up, etc. Whenever we see a builder, office admin or just a contract worker we are always met with a smile and wave. We couldn’t be more happy with the DRB Chapel Hill team. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Side note - Will and Scott are AWESOME!!!

Hello all, Please make sure if you buy in this community DO NOT have DRB use T&M heating and air conditioning install your HVAC system and duct work. Be sure you have someone qualified to go over the entire system and do not take their word! DRB and T&M put a band-aid on my HVAC system until the one year full warranty was up. My compressor blew out only a year and one month from our purchase date. T&M put three hard starts on a new unit in a year (which should not be put on a new HVAC when it is not part of original installation from the manufacturer) Now it is my problem. Even though I have a warranty on parts it still cost over five thousand of dollars out of my pocket to get the system correct......which should have been done from the start of the building process. Very disturbed af

For what they are charging for these houses they should have better fit and finish. Also, grade the subdivision better. The first sight you see a huge retention pond entering... total turn off. Also the sales agent in the office was very obnoxious. Very off putting. Wouldn't stop talking long enough to listen to his clients wants or needs.

I went to see a couple of the different model homes. They were nice and the community is new. I didn’t care for the surrounding areas and it’s a lil far from the stores. Overall nice up & coming community

Very good experience from the first meeting with Marie the Realtor to closing. Very happy and highly recommend DRB.
