Ouch. Talk about unhelpful. While the location looks nice on the outside, I had no opportunity to see inside. Why? Because their website hours are inaccurate. I pulled in to see a sales agent to tour a home I was very interested in, only to find the agents are “off” on Thursdays and Fridays? Problem is, the website doesn’t note that in any way. When I called their listed phone number, the representative on the phone was apologetic but stated she could do nothing more for me except suggest I drive to either Zebulon or Angier to see the same builds, and then she gave me a direct number to an agent for this location (Chris, I believe) who then promptly refused my call. It’s an actual shame, as I thought maybe this could be where I buy and move to. Please update your website. Mistakes like t
