I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Cedric Cromer is the best agent at DRB Abbotts Crossing in Conyers. He was patient, highly responsive, and honest — qualities that are increasingly rare in today's business world. He took the time to truly understand our family's current and future needs, which made our home buying experience go smoothly. I highly recommend Cedric Cromer and DRB for all of your home buying needs. DRB, provided unmatched attention to details, usable space and value in the home compared to other builders we visited.

Hello, My name is Michael in the Adagio community, I will not recommend buying a new construction from DRB Group. I have been here two years now and have had many issues from; cracked windows, electrical shortages, cracked wood on the stairs, wood not tightly installed on the garage doors. The latest is a water leak (See attached). They refused to fix the leak claiming my one or two year warranty has expired just a month ago. Plumbing job in new construction should last at least 10 years before any issues. You are being warned, DRB Group will not help to resolve your problems even when caused by their bad quality workmanship. Thank you!

This is a great company! Their sales staff is super friendly, very professional, they stand by their Homes and their warranties. I have helped thousands of customers close on DRB Jones and I haven't ever had a customer not have their warranties or their punch lists resolved. I highly recommend them.

I’ll start with a compliment: they have great floor plans and that’s what the 1 star is for. . However, unless there is major change; unless they make things right with my community and others; unless there is confirmed improved change of leadership and workmanship, unless they are taken over by a quality company, etc., I will never buy a DRB home again. The quality, the workmanship, the contractors, the customer service, the lack of honesty and integrity is appalling in my experience. I’ve been in my home for a little over two years (purchased brand new) and if I listed all that has gone wrong it would take too long. But I’ll say from gas leaks to the floor upstairs sounding like it’s going to fall through are some of the reasons I would not buy from this builder again.

My onsite agent Cedric was amazing from start to finish. He was there for me not even just during business hours, but for anything I needed even after hours. If you are looking for a great onsite agent Cedric is the one.
