Kaiser Siddiqi, Real Estate Agent - Drake Realty Agent License: Georgia 239854 Horrible experience. I found this agent unethical and dishonest. I worked with him regarding a rental at 3065 Moser Way in Marietta, GA. The property is listed at a higher rent than larger and better homes nearby. Before applying, I clearly disclosed that my credit was not perfect but that my income exceeded the required threshold. After paying the application fees, I was conditionally approved and informed that I might need to provide a higher deposit. Instead, they demanded two months’ rent plus two months’ security deposit upfront—over $12,000 on day one. I countered with three months’ rent in advance and one month’s deposit. They then proposed a revised structure that appeared designed to extract even more

I been constantly trying to contact this business and they purchased my mortgage illegally at an auction and didn’t go through the proper procedures. I’m still trying to contact them on an eviction that was never served or authorized and the Henry County police is aiding them in this illegal activity but I’m going to deal with this adversity head on. Shady business with this company and I don’t recommend there service.

I worked with Alexander Propp to purchase my first home and highly recommend using him. He was a great resource. He set up multiple viewings for houses I was interested in and helped me look for good and not so good points about each house. He was able to give advice for costs associated with any repairs as well as amounts to offer for each house I was interested in purchasing. Once I found the perfect house he helped me get in contact with contractors to make the repairs and they were great, good price and quality work. I definitely recommend using Alexander Propp.

Can't say enough about the experience we had with Todd Day of Drake Realty. Todd was recommended by a faculty member at our son's new school. We are moving to an area we did not know and had specific requirements including accommodating our mother and proximity to the new school among other things. Todd was truly all over it. Responsive at all hours, great advice and guidance throughout the process. His previous experience as a home inspector was invaluable. Really good, high-trust representative. I've purchased numerous personal and investment properties over the years and this experience was an A+.
