Dan, Gene, and their team was absolutely fantastic. We had been having issues with our drains getting backed up for weeks. After five different technicians from a corporate company trying to solve the issue and failing, we were recommended to Drain Cleaners by a neighboring business and they came out immediately. Within 30 minutes they solved the issue, showed us exactly what the problem was, and advised us on how to avoid it. I can't say enough about how professional and accommodating they are! They will always be my first call if I have any issues moving forward.

Gene was wonderful! He called before he came and made us aware that his previous job was running a bit behind so he was respectful of our time by not wasting it. Once he arrived he was very thorough and answered all of our questions and explained the process along the way. He was very informative and qualified and talked to us in layman's terms to help us understand. I cannot say enough good things about Dan and his associates. My fiancé and i just bought our first home and it's had extensive repairs needed in the first two months.
