If I could give negative stars I would. The service, or lack there of, provided by this home builder is staggering. Not to mention the lies they tell you buy the home and the lack of proper building materials. When I purchased my home there were major deficiencies and they told me they would only correct them if I used my 6 month inspection. This was 1 month in to owning the home. After fighting for over 2 months to get them fixed, I was finally told to stop being a nuisance. I had to contact the company headquarters to get the issues resolved. After 2 years of owning the home I decided to switch home insurance providers. The new company sent out an inspector who nearly made me get a new roof due to the installation errors. Luckily the roof contractor was honest and repaired the issues. DR

My husband and I purchased our D.R. Horton home in January with the help of Cheryl Dieppa. I truly cannot say enough about Cheryl. Not only is she awesome at her job but just an amazing person. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Cheryl never hesitated to get on FaceTime and drive around to whichever neighborhoods we were interested in seeing. We were living in New Jersey at the time so it was difficult to get down to South Carolina to see the homes. Thanks to Cheryl, we were able to find our forever home without even leaving our couch! If anyone is interested in buying a D.R. Horton home I highly recommend reaching out to Cheryl Dieppa in the Lochaven Community. You will not only be working with the best of the best but you will also gain a wonderful friend.

I live in Meridian in MB. I’ve complained for two years about pond 1 and the abundance of algae growth. It’s very unsightly and unhealthy. Every once in awhile, a company comes out and splashes what they claim is algae killer into the pond. Nothing happens to the algae growth and this treatment is not repeated within 10 days as recommended. It looks like a swamp. Pond 3 is just as bad. No one from the HOA cares, so I am begging for a DR Horton official to visit Meridian and view ponds 1 & 3. Please help the homeowners have a beautiful, healthy pond to enjoy. Please help. Wildhorse Reserve. Was lied to about have a community pool, clubhouse and playground. Asked about installing a temporary above ground pool and they said no without an explanation! They said only inground pools! I have a privacy fence around my yard! Why does it matter what type of pool I install you can’t see it anyway !! I would never trust them with anything
