Don’t fall victim to this company! I recently purchased an apartment sold by this company. They didn’t disclose any information and it turns out that this place is infested with roaches!! The president of the company is also a board member of the HOA in the apartment complex, so he definitely knew all the infestation issues but they didn’t disclose anything. Don’t ever go in business with this company, you will regret it if you do. Very shady company.
