Downtown Property Management

I lived and rented my home with downtown property management 5 years now. When I say they have been the best, always going over and beyond when needed. Every time I needed anything fixed it was prompt! The communication was something that was a plus for me Becky, Veda, my maintenance man Lorenzo made my experience awesome! I highly recommend they really take care of their properties. I will surely miss them.

I lived in one of their apartments for three years, it was actually my first place, and I had such a good experience. The apartment was super nice, especially for the price, which made it a great first home. The property was always clean, maintenance was reliable, and everything was really well taken care of. The whole process from leasing to living there was smooth and stress-free. If they have a spot that works for me in the future, I’d definitely rent from them again!

I lived at one of their properties on Newton Avenue for about four years and I’ve had nothing short of a great experience living there under downtown property management. They’ve spent a lot of time and effort working on upgrading and maintaining the places they have. I have always received prompt responses to concerns and it’s clear they care about their tenant’s experience!

I live at 212 East Clifton Ave. From meeting with a sketchy dude off marketplace to checkout the apartment to giving the deposit to secure the apartment in cash with no receipt, the initial experience with this company was rough to begin with. Now moving into the facility I could handle urine covered toilets, flies, and weed on the floor of the facility. But as time went on discovering 80% of the outlets didn’t work, the windows let in cold air, and the heat didn’t appear to work issues began to really arise. Every vehicle in the complex’s parking lot got broken into with no additional security added after the fact, slow response time on getting the heat fixed (it now keeps the apartment at roughly 50-60 degrees now which is live-able), and now poor management services. I am currently lock
