Now, the city says they’re cutting ties. It led to delayed rent payments for more than 100 clients and almost resulted in 40 evictions. I really enjoy living here at Downtown apartments first of all the staff here are really great Tanya is so awesome she always listen to what you have to say she is really nice and maintenance is also great if you have a problem they come right away it is also very clean and I have not seen any bug's or anything pest control comes once a month I feel very safe here no one bothers me I haven't had any issues here I can really call this place home 🏠 it's so nice having a place like this to live in🙏👍💕 Lisa B

My lovely 4 story, 74 unit',(all studios) home of my own, I am blessed to be able to get off the streets and have a place to rest my head at night and it's all mine.. ❤️ thank the Lord for the Supportive Housing Coalition (SHC), for giving me the opportunity to make my life comfortable.. thank you for everything, I love my Downtown@700 2nd Street
