Thank God she sold and left Redding, ISM Management was given a big pile of headaches and they are doing their absolute best with what they have. Dori really has stepped into some tough shoes and is making amazing strides. Her maintenance guys and her vendors has been nothing but polite and helpful with all the repairs and maintenance requests.

I have been renting from downs for 3 years and I absolutely love them. When things have been financially hard they have always worked with me. If things break they get fixed in a timely fashion. I have a nice townhouse that i love. My My only complaint is my kitchen is to small and i don't have a dishwasher (seriously my only compliant)

Worst company ever. Take your rent money and acts like you didn't pay. Crooks. And apartments full of roaches. Even outside has them. She doesn't pay the trash bill either.

I have rented from Sandra Downs twice and she has been very good landlord and her daughter has always worked with me (very friendly).

Sandra is a very mean Lady don't rent from them, most of their places are infested and they don't care!
