Updated: based on your response, it is clear that your organization is not willing to accept that our process was unusual, irregular, and mishandled - even descriminatory. This is not a complaint due to the fact that we were provided with an adverse, retaliatory, decision, one we were only were granted as a result of applying pressure. It is an attempt to have the necessary eyes see this, since it is clear that there are many negligent individuals within the organization. Our experience with Downey View Apartments has been deeply disappointing. Throughout the entire 11 week application process, the leasing office and compliance team showed a clear lack of urgency, transparency, and empathy. They literally NEVER answer the phone during their REGULAR office hours. I have called at various times and I never have someone answer the phone. Ridiculous.
