There are no nice words to really say. He did NOT follow any of our wishes as the seller. We said no closing costs on our side he snuck it in there. He lied and was rude to all parties involved sending nasty emails. I have all the messages between him and I and he will take advantage of you if he can. He told me my house had to be nearly empty for a particular offer and i rushed to move out of my home with my animals and child only for it to fall thru. During that time he posted the worst pictures of the house possible showing it in a not so good light. He did not guide through the process at all. Very unprofessional and disorganized. He wasnt even grateful enough for the money he scammed that he didn't even show up for the closing what a shame one would think if you had a closing you woul
