Dover Run Apartments

My wife and I have lived at Dover Run for All most 2 years now. This is a wonderful community, with walking paths and a dog park. The management staff are very. Helpful and Friendly. It is a quiet community and we plan on living here for a very long time. Joe and Deb Crider

I feel the carpet could have been replaced and it may be a little pricey for only 2 bedrooms but with today’s world I guess that’s to be expected. With that said we love it here. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel bigger. Big living room and big master bedroom and nice sized bathrooms. Updated floors, and island in kitchen providing more seating/ counter space which is great. My kids room is pretty small but with the right set up it’s perfect. The neighbors are respectful and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect for me and my two girls. We love taking walks on the trail and perfect for kids who like to ride bikes!

As a resident of Dover Run, I would like express how satisfied our family is residing in this community. Our home is clean, updated, and modern. Any issues that arise are taken care of immediately by the wonderful staff and maintenance employees. The grounds are extremely well kept and provide a walking path and dog park. There is also a gym, clubhouse, outdoor grill, and beautiful gas fireplace sitting area for the use of all residents. The staff also organizes special events for the community. We have no issues with receiving packages safely to our doorstep. The residents are friendly and welcoming in the community. We enjoy our time here and would highly recommend for permanent or temporary living. Our pets also love walking on the grounds and they provide dog baggies at several locatio

I am super happy with Dover run apartments. I have recently moved here from Massachusetts for job related reasons. Finding Dover run online through an ad and getting in contact with the office was super easy. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They made move-in super easy and stress-free. Apartment themselves are new, modern, clean, quiet, well built, and cozy. I am definitely very happy with my experience here so far as well as with the leasing office and their support. Moving into a clean apartment was super important to me. I feel like I am treated as another human here and not just a customer or paycheck. I love these apartments! The manager, Melanie, is super nice and helpful and everything is brand new. It's close to Target and an easy commute to the hospital. I recommend Dover Run to anyone looking for a really nice two bedroom apartment.
