If you are looking to be a dissatisfied tenant, look here! They are unprofessional, they will tell you a lie faster than their minds can think, they will hold off on your security deposit, blame you for previous tenant issues (provide a DIRTY resident, so PLEASE don't go off of the pictures online), and expect you to accept it. Not me! You will have to get your lawyers involved to solve your issues. Prepare to do a DEEP clean before moving anything in. And please as I did, take before and after photos. I held off for a long time, when thinking of writing a review; but it's only right to spread the word on how this business operates for the community. Just send my deposit expeditiously, so we all can close this chapter. Respectfully, a previous tenant. Everyone enjoy your day!

Douglas Real Estate has taken care of my property for the past 13 years. Christina and her team always ensured my property was rented by people who cared about where they lived. That in itself is amazing. My property was always inspected and prepared perfectly for the next tenant. What is truly unique is when I decided to move back into my home, I asked if certain things could be done before I moved in, such as replacing the flooring throughout the house, painting inside and outside the home, replacing toilets in the master and guest bedrooms, and other items needing to be updated due to the age of the house. Working with Douglas Real Estate was the best firm I have worked with in the last 11 years. They managed my property so well that I had no worries. The team was always professional and Christina was the best. They picked the best tenants and the best contractors for minor repairs and painting and they were always cost effective. Finally, I sold my home yayyy!!! But it would not have been possible without the professionalism and expertise of Christina and the Douglas team. I would recommend this company 1000 times again. They want to to have a credit score of 630 or you can't rent no matter if you have the income to pay. Just that credit score is the most important to them over making money on a home. New flash this economy just getting over a pandemic. Lost money js!

Incompetent, dishonest and lazy are some of the words that come to mind when I think of my overall experience with this company. Myself and several other contractors have had nothing but problems when working with them. Whenever an issue arises they are slow to solve it but quick to shift the blame or responsibility on anyone and anything that is not themselves. I recommend you avoid any type of interaction with this company at all costs.
