Marlene is a horrific realtor! We had a deal go very wrong on her end with her clients and she gave them back their money when she lied through our entire deal with another realtor that her clients could buy our home with cash. They tied up our house for over 2 months, and never bought it and she has to retake real estate classes cause her paper work was not even done correctly. Never trust them with your biggest asset they suck. I could provide proof for days! Texts emails her clients were friends of hers so she played games and against the contract gave them the earnest money back cause in ga it goes to a different term liquidated damages when you need to fight it in court.
