Having to fill out an application for a unit before viewing it in person should not be your company’s standard policy. It pretty much wastes the client’s time considering a lot of the photos you guys present of the unit does not align with how it looks in person. It gives off scammer vibes
Very unprofessional. Dont recommend as they do not value client's time.
I worked with James Harrison. Service from broker and agency was consistently poor. I am black. When I went to pick up the keys for my VERY expensive Manhattan apartment - the people in the office assumed I was the courier.
