Avoid. Jack Chiu is very deceptive, unprofessional, and cheats on his listings by ever so slightly adjusting the apartment number so as not to show how long the apartment has been on a market. He sometimes lists the same apartment for example as 2A, A2, Floor 2, and more. All of that so the system does not recognize it as the same listing anymore, so Jack can sell you a ‘new’ apartment that has ‘just’ been listed. Avoid avoid avoid. Just think about his ethics and approach to you as a customer if he pulls stunts like this.

Very unprofessional. Definitely pick their favorites. Semi worked with Jack Chiu and he made me believe that he would help me find a home knowing my urgency. He left me completely helpless after getting my hopes up. Countless times I’ve called him and he made it seem he’ll send me an email asking for what he needs and never did. I had to call the office for someone else to give me his email. Jack told me his “colleague Michael” will get back to me via email and also never did. When speaking to the person in the office they told me there is no Michael that works there. Definitely if you need a home don’t rely on the people working here let alone Jack Chiu.

Worse service here too. I think the whole chain gives you decently horrible experience
