Received no updates after 20 days of signing a contract with them. After emailing them twice and calling once in those 20 days I sent a third email telling them to get back to me, all Scott says is "Tyler update Shelby". Ive never even spoken to Tyler nor was there any explanation why I havent heard from them or an apology. Two days after that email I asked again for an update and all I received was "We have not found anything". Extremely short and rude. Nonexistent communication skills. Huge waste of time.
